Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DVOIDER website at dvoider.com (the “Site”) and the waitlist (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DVOIDER is an early-stage, pre-launch project. The Site currently offers a waitlist that lets you register interest. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, feature, beta, or service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your submissions
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and is your own (or that you have the right to provide it), and you will not submit anyone else’s personal data without permission.
- You grant us permission to contact you at the details you provide regarding the waitlist, access, and related updates.
- Any feedback or ideas you choose to share with us may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not, for example: submit false, spam, or malicious data; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, accounts, or systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape or harvest data; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, branding, and design are owned by DVOIDER or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting and Cloudflare) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. DVOIDER expressly disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or reliable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVOIDER and its founders, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred euros (€100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVOIDER and its founders, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which DVOIDER is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that place for any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
