DVOIDER

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DVOIDER (“DVOIDER”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dvoider.com (the “Site”) and join our waitlist. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

DVOIDER operates an early-stage platform that helps founders turn ideas into projects and find collaborators. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

a) Information you give us

When you join the waitlist, we collect the details you submit, which may include: your name, email address, age range, location, current role, skills, interests, what you are looking for, whether you have a startup idea and its description, and any profile or portfolio link you add.

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we collect basic technical and usage data to understand how the Site performs and which channels work, including: pages viewed and actions taken (e.g. clicks and form steps), an anonymous visitor identifier, referring website, marketing parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source/utm_campaign), approximate device and browser type, operating system, screen size, language, time zone, and IP address.

3. How we use your information

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information on the basis of your consent (for joining the waitlist), our legitimate interests (for security and basic, privacy-respecting analytics), and to meet legal obligations.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data. We use first-party browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep an anonymous visitor identifier so we don’t double-count visits. Our analytics are first-party and self-hosted.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site — for example our server hosting provider and Cloudflare, Inc. (which provides security and content delivery) — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Data retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and our early-access programme, and analytics data for a reasonable period to measure performance, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
